Appointment Deposit Policy:

• In order to schedule an appointment, customers are required to pay a $100 deposit. This deposit will be applied towards the final total of the service.
• Appointment deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, but they may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with at least 24 hours' notice.
• There will be an additional $95 late fee if the customer has passed their scheduled appointment time by more than 1 hour.

General:

• Prices for services may vary depending on the size and condition of the vehicle.
• All services are performed to the best of our ability, but results may vary depending on factors such as the age and condition of the vehicle.
• Unrated Auto Spa is not responsible for any damage to vehicles resulting from misuse or neglect following service.
• No refunds after services are provided and completed.

Window Tint:

• Window tinting laws vary by jurisdiction. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to comply with local regulations.
• While we strive for precision in our installations, minor imperfections may occur due to the nature of the tinting process. We offer a redo policy allowing up to three attempts to ensure your satisfaction. 

Paint Protection Film:

• Paint protection film provides an added layer of protection against road debris, but it is not guaranteed to prevent all damage to your vehicle's paint.
• We recommend regular maintenance to ensure the effectiveness of the paint protection film over time.

Ceramic Coating:

• Ceramic coatings offer enhanced durability and protection for your vehicle's paint, but they are not indestructible. Proper care and maintenance are essential to prolong the life of the coating.
• We advise against DIY application of ceramic coatings, as improper application may result in subpar results or damage to your vehicle's paint.

Paint Correction:

• Paint correction services are designed to improve the appearance of your vehicle's paint by removing imperfections such as swirl marks and scratches.
• While we strive for perfection in our work, complete removal of all imperfections may not always be possible, particularly in cases of severe damage.
